- When are ORRA membership fees due?
Fees are due on or before October 31 of each year. Late fees are assessed at 5:00 p.m. No exceptions.
If your board dues are not paid by 5:00 p.m. on October 31, then you will lose access to any Supra Key
- How do I pay my annual membership dues?
Membership dues may be paid online through your membership portal, by phone, mail, or in person with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, or money order. (Online payments require a credit card.)
- Is cash accepted for payment?
Cash is not accepted for payment. Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, or money order.
- How do I update personal information?
A new address must first be reflected on DBPR before it can be updated in your ORRA membership record. Once the updates have been completed on DBPR, please send any personal information updates to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- How do I change my broker of record?
The broker must update the agent on DBPR and follow up by e-mailing confirmation to the association.
- What are “non-member” dues and when does my broker have to pay them?
Designated REALTORS® (brokers) hold dues-related responsibilities for the non-member agents who are licensed with their firms. The National Association of REALTORS® dues formula, which ORRA is bound by its charter to enforce, states that a designated REALTOR’S® personal dues must be increased by an amount equal to the annual dues for each non-member the designated REALTOR® allows to be licensed with their firm.
- If a broker pays non-member dues on an agent, do they become an association member?
Payment of non-member dues does not make a non-member into an association member.
- When are MLS fees due?
Fees are due by May 15 of each year. Late fees are assessed that day at 5:00 p.m. No exceptions.

- How much does a lockbox cost?
The cost for a lock box is $122.46.
- How soon may I obtain a lockbox?
You may obtain your lockbox once your application for membership has been processed.
- How soon may I APPLY for a Supra Key?
You may apply for a Supra Key once your application for membership has been processed.
- How soon may I obtain a Supra Key?

- How do I check my continuing education for license renewal?
Go to myfloridalicense.com and establish an online account.
- Select from the list of professions or business types.
- Click on the “Create My Account” link.
- Receive an e-mail with your temporary password and complete the registration process by creating a new password.
- Link your license(s) with your online account
- Select “Link an Existing License to My Account."
- Select the category your license belongs to from the menu.
- Select your license type from the menu and enter your license number.
- Complete your security measures.
- Your initial activation code will be the last four digits of your SSN or FEIN.
- You will be prompted to “Add” the license to the registration.
- I am a brand new agent licensee. How do I complete my 45-hour post licensing?
The 45 hours of post licensing is offered online or as part of the GRI 100 series. Visit orlandorealtors.org/education for more information.
- What makes up the 14 hours of CE to meet the requirement of license renewal?
The 14 hours of CE are comprised of 3 hours of Core Law and 11 hours of specialty courses.
- I already have 14 hours accumulated for this license renewal. Can I save additional hours for the next renewal?
No. Continuing education credits accumulated during this renewal period stay within this renewal period. They do not roll over!
- How do I check to see if I’ve completed my Code of Ethics?
- To verify that your record accurately reflects a Code of Ethics course you have already taken or completed online, visit ORRA’s website at orlandorealtors.org and login to your account by clicking on “Member Login” and entering your NRDS ID (also known as your ORRA member number or MLS ID) and password.
Once your account pulls up, at the top left under your name you will see COE Complete: Yes or No. If the COE Complete category has a status of YES, then you have met the requirement.
- Where can I meet the requirement of the Code of Ethics Training before the December 31st deadline?
We encourage our members to complete the COE on line at realtor.org/code-of-ethics, or visit the ORRA website for a list of upcoming classes.
